Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team at 55 SPORTSWEAR, a leading brand in sportswear and athletic apparel. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports, fitness, and fashion, and will play a key role in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and representing our brand with energy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and engaging manner Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate sportswear products Maintain a thorough knowledge of the brand's products, features, and benefits Achieve and exceed personal and store sales goals Handle customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully stocked Assist in merchandising and restocking displays Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention activities Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary Stay updated on current promotions, product launches, and brand campaigns

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or fashion is a plus Previous retail or sales experience preferred, especially in sportswear or athletic apparel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic computer and POS system knowledge
