We partner with a growing network of independent, commission-based Dealing Representatives (DRs) who deliver these solutions to clients across Canada.
Position Overview
We are seeking a
Business Development Associate
to drive the recruitment of high-performing Dealing Representatives (DRs) for our expanding sales network. This role focuses on
identifying, approaching, and qualifying sales professionals
--whether from the financial industry or other sectors with transferable skills--who have the potential to thrive in a commission-based, entrepreneurial environment.
The successful candidate will be a natural connector with an eye for sales talent, strong prospecting skills, and the ability to pre-qualify candidates before passing them to senior managers for onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Recruitment & Prospecting
Proactively source potential DR candidates through networking, social media, industry events, and targeted outreach.
Hunt for top sales performers from diverse industries (real estate, insurance, financial services, etc.).
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' sales acumen, motivation, and fit for a commission-based model.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified DR prospects for the management team.
Talent Funnel Management
Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract entrepreneurial sales professionals.
Qualify candidates based on skill set, track record, and alignment with Enoch Wealth's culture and values.
Coordinate handoff of qualified candidates to managers for closing and onboarding.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor recruitment activities and industry trends to identify opportunities.
Keep up to date with sales compensation models and incentive structures in related industries.
Relationship Building
Build rapport with potential DR candidates to maintain long-term engagement, even if they are not ready to transition immediately.
Represent Enoch Wealth at networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
2-4 years' experience in business development, sales recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Proven ability to identify and attract high-performing sales professionals.
Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the confidence to approach passive candidates.
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with recruitment targets.
Proficient in CRM tools and lead-tracking systems.
Fluency in Mandarin is a strong asset.
