Business Development Associate
to join our team and contribute to the growth of O-HIVE by developing compelling use cases, generating actionable data, and promoting the platform across key markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop Use Cases & Business Applications:
Create Weekly Use Cases:
Identify and develop specific business use cases for O-HIVE, demonstrating how the platform can benefit different industries (e.g., construction, design, manufacturing, etc.).
Industry Research:
Research various sectors to understand unique business challenges and design use cases that highlight how O-HIVE can provide solutions.
Solution-Oriented Content:
Develop case studies, whitepapers, and examples based on real-world scenarios to illustrate the value and capabilities of O-HIVE in various industries.

Lead Generation & Market Research:
Identify Target Markets:
Research and identify key industries and organizations that would benefit from O-HIVE's features and analytics capabilities.
Prospecting:
Develop and implement strategies for generating new leads and opportunities for business development within specific sectors.
Data Collection & Analysis:
Gather data on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to help shape O-HIVE's positioning and future development.

Content Creation & Promotion:
Create Data-Driven Content:
Regularly produce reports, blogs, and other forms of content that showcase the effectiveness of O-HIVE, leveraging the data and insights gathered from use cases and client success stories.
Promote O-HIVE:
Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, including product brochures, presentations, and social media content that highlight O-HIVE's features, advantages, and unique selling points.
Utilize Analytics Tools:
Track and analyze engagement data to optimize promotional strategies and improve content outreach.

Business Development Support:
Collaborate with Sales:
Work closely with the sales team to align efforts and ensure that business development initiatives are effectively contributing to sales pipeline growth.
Outbound Engagement:
Engage with potential clients via email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach to create awareness about O-HIVE and its benefits.
Partnership Development:
Identify and nurture relationships with key partners, influencers, and industry leaders to expand O-HIVE's network and market presence.

Client & Industry Feedback Loop:
Customer Insights:
Gather feedback from existing clients to understand their needs, challenges, and successes with O-HIVE, using this data to refine product offerings and use case development.
Adapt Use Cases:
Adjust and improve use cases based on feedback and new developments in the market, ensuring that O-HIVE remains a top solution for emerging industry needs.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the tech or SaaS industry.
Experience in creating use cases, case studies, and data-driven content for B2B products or services is a plus.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and explain complex ideas simply and clearly.
Comfortable creating both technical and non-technical content for diverse audiences.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify business trends, insights, and opportunities for product promotion.
Experience with data-driven decision-making and generating insights to inform business strategies.
Social Media & Outreach:
Experience using social media platforms for business development and brand promotion.
Ability to engage with industry influencers and professionals to expand O-HIVE's reach.
Proactive & Results-Oriented:
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks with a focus on driving results.
Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and is highly driven to meet goals and KPIs.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with using various tools and platforms, including CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), data analytics tools, and social media management tools.
Familiarity with 3D visualization and collaboration tools is a plus, but not required.
