Junior Business Development Associate

, you'll use your technical background in

Microbiology, Chemistry, or Analytical Sciences

to help clients access our specialized testing services.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone with lab experience who's eager to grow in sales, client engagement, and commercial strategy--while remaining grounded in science.

Key Responsibilities:

Support senior business development efforts by helping engage new and existing clients. Assist in preparing service quotes, proposals, and client communications. Help translate complex lab testing capabilities into clear, customer-friendly language. Coordinate inbound and outbound client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain and organize client records in PBR's systems. Collaborate with Quality Team to stay updated on service capabilities and turnaround times.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

A degree/diploma in Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field. Experience working in an analytical lab or scientific services environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong interest in sales, client interaction, and business growth. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.

Bonus:

Past experience in a similar customer-facing or commercial role is an asset.
