Note:

The successful candidate is required onsite the duration of the engagement with SNB in HSBC Place Fredericton, NB. SNB will provide office space with access to pertinent information and resources for the duration of the engagement. The ability to work remotely may be possible, as required (and only at the clients request and consent).

Deliverables

The successful candidate must deliver the following, in order to successfully complete the engagement:

• Detailed review of existing business requirements.
• Design and develop facilitation sessions to validate the existing requirements and collect net new business and information technology requirement, including gap analysis.
• Develop facilitation session plan per business line.
• Document the results of the business and information technology requirement sessions and write the Business Requirements document.
• Identify and document business needs and process gaps.

The individual will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete the Department\'s Privacy Training prior to commencing the assignment

Requirement Detail/Qualifications

General Duties:

• Support the software development team.
• Work with both client and development team members to elicit requirements, write user stories, define goals, document requirements, and analyze business functions to become familiar with the business domain.
• Identify business work flows and determine stakeholder needs.
• Author test case specifications, requirements traceability documentation, and contribute to the compilation and execution of test plans.
• Support and contribute to the Agile practices adopted by the development team.
