The successful candidate must deliver the following, but not limited to in order to successfully complete the engagement:
Elicits, translates, validates, communicates, negotiates, develops, and manages requirements by applying proven effective techniques such as interviews with probing questions, walk-throughs, surveys, use cases, specifications, brainstorming, modelling, etc.
Facilitates and moderates the discovery sessions/workshops in the participation of both business and technical stakeholders to gather the business and functional requirements, finalize the requirements and manage the required approval for the design and development of the application.
Gathers and documents the business and functional requirements by leveraging critical thinking skill set and performing required coordination among the internal and external project stakeholders (i.e., PAS Business SMEs, SaaS Providers Technical SMEs, SMEs of different departments in GNB) and manages the requirements traceability matrix document throughout the project life cycle.
Produces and manages the project documentation per the agreed project template and ensures all other business analysts follow the same approach.
Follows the SNB Project Management Framework, agreed project governance approach and delivery strategy to ensure the delivery of the assigned project deliverables within time and scope.
Identifies, defines, communicates, and negotiates solutions, technical and business processes, procedural, etc., that will maximize the value the SaaS provider delivers to the SNB PAS team.
Facilitates and moderates' sessions for the business process development in the presence of the SNB PAS and SaaS provider to review the current processes, develop and document the future processes and manage the required approval to finalize the process for the future.
Develops the benefit analysis document and manages that document.
Develops the requirement traceability matrix (RTM), product backlog, user stories, and wireframe/prototype, use acceptance criteria for quality assurance (QA) and manages all project documents efficiently throughout the project life cycle.
Develops the use and test cases in coordination with the business and technical teams for the user acceptance testing (UAT) and oversees the user acceptance testing.
Provides support to develop the project scope baseline to fulfill and manage the business requirement throughout the project lifecycle.
Translates technical issues for clear understanding and effective decision-making by all stakeholders.
Provides required support to the project manager to complete the work packages.
Conducts risk analysis to create a risk register and stakeholder analysis, including interdependencies.
Identifies project issues and documents and communicates with suggestions for resolution.
Supports the Change and Communication Management group in producing project communications, manuals, and training materials.
The Business Analyst will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete the Privacy and Security training, as required by the CRAVES Deployment Project, before commencing the assignment.

Pay: $70.00-$85.00 per hour
