Job Description

Scope of the Position
Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements of multiple operating companies for eCommerce projects,
assessing the business impact of those changes, capturing, analyzing and translating the requirements to a production-ready
specification for the eCommerce development team.

Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities
? Work with business users to understand business needs and objectives. Use data analytics to validate the business
requirements
? Document business requirements, functional specs, solution design, process/data flows for all assigned development
efforts.
? Prepare and lead coordination meetings between developers, business users and vendors (if required)
? Work with developers on requirements clarification and review to ensure technical specifications/design satisfy the business
needs
? Create use cases and user stories for the requirements and detailed acceptance criterias for the require and test data.
? Work as a partner with the QA team for successful testing
? Validate final solution/product meets signed business requirements documentation
? Manage production issues through initial triage.
? Monitor and manage issue logs with prioritization of critical issues
? Other responsibilities, as necessary.

Qualifications
3-5 years of previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis role supporting a high-volume eCommerce platform
? Expert level comfort in creating project documentation formats and templates
? Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
? Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Visio/Axure/Balsamiq is desirable
? Experience and strong working knowledge within established SDLC, SCRUM/Agile
? Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and use data visualization techniques and tools
? Good technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
? A good understanding Sales/Distribution in a B2B environment is important.

Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Business or equivalent work experience acceptable
? Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
? Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
? Solid organizational and time management skills including attention to details
? Bilingual (English/French) preferred but not mandatory
