Are you a compassionate and reliable driver who enjoys working with seniors? Earls Court Village is looking for a
Part-Time Bus Driver
to join our caring team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of residents in our long-term care home.Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a facility vehicle to transport residents to and from scheduled outings or appointments Assist residents in boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during transit Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle Work collaboratively with staff to support a safe and positive resident experience
Qualifications:
Valid
Class F Ontario driver's license
with aclean driving record
Must have 10+ years of G license history
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Demonstratedempathy, patience, and interpersonal skills
Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environmentPrevious experience working with seniors
is considered a strong asset Must provide (or be willing to obtain) acurrent Vulnerable Sector Check
, including aCriminal Background Check
(dated within the last 6 months) and 2 Steps TB skin testJob Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.92-$24.43 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
