We are currently seeking a
dependable and experienced Building Superintendent
to oversee the day-to-day operations, cleaning and minor maintenance of our residential building. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who takes pride in keeping a property safe, clean, and running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs Respond promptly to tenant requests and service calls Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas, hallways, and exterior spaces Monitor building systems and ensure proper functioning (elevators, HVAC, etc.) Coordinate and oversee contractors, vendors, and inspections Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations Be available for emergencies and after-hours issues
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a superintendent Solid knowledge of minor maintenance repairs and building systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
Compensation:
Compensation based on experience & work expected Live-in position Stable position with long-term growth potential
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $500.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 7 per week
