Apartment Building Superintendent

Job Description
We are looking for On-Site Live in Superintendents for our multi residential building in Peterborough. This is a Seniors Building.
As a live-in super intendant, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Collecting Rent
- Prepping Units after move out's, showing units to perspective tenants and executing Leases with the assistance of head office
- Basic maintenance in common areas of the building and units,
- Cleaning and maintaining all floor surfaces, walls, rails and glass in lobbies, common areas, stairwells and garage to a satisfactory level.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of garbage room and assist with preparation of garbage bins for pick up.
- Reporting all maintenance deficiencies for corrective action and complete basic maintenance work
- Snow shovelling and salting of walkways and entrances in the winter.
You must have general knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry repair.
Prior Super intendant experience is a plus however not a necessity.
This job includes a base salary plus a superintendent live-in unit, hydro and parking. Pay is dependent on many factors.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $500.00-$2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
Monday to Friday On call Weekends as needed
