We are currently looking for a mature couple to take on the role of live-in building managers for a busy 110-unit apartment building in Halifax. We are looking for a couple with the following: -Clear criminal records check -Valid Nova Scotia driver's license and vehicle -Previous experience as a superintendent -Excellent people skills and professional demeanor -Basic plumbing and electrical skills -Cleaning and janitorial skills -Basic handyman skills -Able to work with minimal supervision -Good judgement in dealing with tenants, trades, etc. -Able to manage calls/concerns from tenants -Able to maintain database, write correspondence to tenants, and collect rent.
