We are a new Dispensary/Lounge in the West End looking for experienced budtenders and Team leads to join our team! Budtender/Team Lead Roles include:

• Exceptional sales experience from beginning to end: greeting customers, explaining the process
• employing effective sales techniques while adhering to company policies, the Cannabis Control and Licensing Act & provincial regulations.
• Guiding each customer through their transaction to ensure that they have an excellent retail experience demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, actively listening to and assessing customer needs and offering products that align with customers needs.
• Building authentic relationships with customers while ensuring a smooth, efficient sales process.
• Have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to deliver efficient customer service that is professional, helpful and informative.
• Be able to receive constructive feedback.

Need to have:

• 3-5 years experience in customer service
• 1-2 years experience in a cannabis dispensary (Budtenders)
• 1-2 years experience in a management/supervisory role (Team Leads)
• 19 years of age or older, as specified by the provincial government.
• A strong desire to to work in the cannabis industry
• A proven leader with experience in leading and developing teams
• The ability to make a positive impact with other employees through education, trust of product knowledge and maintaining respectful relationships.
• High attention to detail and experience handling cash; opening and closing registers

• Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends to accommodate store needs as required, able to work the hours of 9am-11pm
• Mature and warm personality with the ability to develop alongside colleagues.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits:
