To take the online experience past a mere Q & A and enhance the overall matching, qualifying and relationship building virtually. The progression should start with an introduction to the product but evolve into understanding the prospects needs and preferences. Once an intimate understanding of this is established then a full overview of options, prices and tour appointments can be established. We would strive to ensure a high quality of qualification in efforts to avoid misuse of all party\xe2\x80\x99s time and energy. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to convert to sales/leases \xc2\xb7 Respond to new inquiries in a prompt and professional manner (within 24 hours) \xc2\xb7 Maintain a consistent follow up procedure using the supplied templates and programs \xc2\xb7 Schedule appointments for qualified prospects and the appropriate project agent \xc2\xb7 Update the online database on a daily basis \xc2\xb7 Maintain and develop a working knowledge of the different product and policies of each individual project \xc2\xb7 Generate daily reports outlining online and phone traffic in addition to keeping track of client needs/concerns. These reports will be used for both marketing and sales purposes. \xc2\xb7 Communicate to the Sales/Leasing Team of each project to ensure accuracy of information \xc2\xb7 Research competition and provide trend feedback Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
