WESTMAN COMMUNICATIONS GROUP (Westman) is seeking applications from energetic, highly motivated individuals to become part of our growing team! Westman is an industry-leading communications provider based in Brandon MB, offering residential and commercial High-Speed Internet, Digital TV, and Phone services in communities across Manitoba. Westman also owns and operates radio stations Q Country 91.5 FM and 94.7 STAR FM, which broadcast throughout southwestern Manitoba. Established in 1977, as a locally owned and operated cooperative, Westman is dedicated to delivering competitive and innovative services, providing an exceptional member experience, and supporting the communities that we serve. Westman empowers our team to be innovative, team-oriented, community-based, and customer-focused, championing a culture centered around strong values. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Complete residential and commercial installations of broadband equipment and services
• Repair and replace faulty drop cables
• Replace faulty Broadband electronics, coaxial, and fibre optic cables
• Perform audits as requested and report all discrepancies and security breaches
• Provide positive customer experiences regarding equipment and services
• Perform all work in accordance with quality control guidelines and company policies and procedures

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring to the team:

• Minimum Grade 12 education
• Electronics/electrical experience considered an asset
• Strong analytical skills and technical abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work with the public, in a customer focused environment
• Effective communication skills are required
• Must be a good team worker and have a strong work ethic
• Must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
• Certificate of Emergency First Aid and CPR C
• Must have no fear of heights and be able to carry 75 lbs
