As the brewery/tasting room manager, you will be they key person in helping make New Tradition a success. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have a wide range of duties, ranging from managing the people that work in the tasting room, managing events and activities, handling the back-office functions, and managing stock and inventory. You can also be involved with the logistical functions in shipping beers, and organizing deliveries. Responsibilities
Ensure the lounge runs efficiently and effectively
Management of all lounge staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
Drive increasing revenue through the use of social media, promotions, and marketing
Ensure that all back-office functions run smoothly
Track and Report finances to management with an understanding of profits and losses
POS & cash management, and inventory tracking
Ensure business hours are kept up to date at lounge and media outlets
Ensure that we are up to date on any health/regulatory information, and any necessary notices are visible to help our staff and our customers
Qualifications & Requirements
You will have an appreciation for craft beer
You have a Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent)
You can lift, push, pull up to 100 lbs
2+ years experience managing a bar or tasting room
You have great analytical and organizational skills
You are organized and have great planning and communication skills
You are POS and tech literate and understand the sales/invoicing/payments processes
