As a Breakfast Cook/Housekeeper, you will be essential in delivering breakfast meal preparation and Baking while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Your skills in cooking, baking, and cleaning will ensure a high standard. The hybrid role of breakfast cook and housekeeping is a dynamic position that suits an energetic person that enjoys a variety of roles. Breakfast shifts are 6am-2pm. Housekeeping shifts are 8am-3pm. Our team normally works 5 days on, 2 days off. Accommodation is provided. Tips are shared equally between all staff members.

Qualifications
Experience in food preparation and cooking willing to train the right candidate Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
Ability to bake and prepare a variety of home baked items and dessert in large batches
Attention to detail and experience housekeeping/cleaning
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook home style breakfast meals for large groups- buffet style or plated
Ensure all food is handled and stored safely to maintain hygiene and quality.
Assist in baking tasks as needed, following proper techniques and timing.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient meal service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as necessary.
Clean rooms with an attention to detail
Launder linens and restock necessary items in cleaning baskets
