BREAKFAST LINE COOK / ASSEMBLER - Benny's Breakfast Bar
We're hiring full-time Line Cooks to join our high-performing kitchen team at Benny's Breakfast Bar.
This isn't fine dining--and it's not your average short-order kitchen, either. It's high-volume, structured brunch service inside a 50's-themed diner, made from scratch with precision and speed. Our preparation team handles all of our house-made recipes ahead of time, so during service, your focus is assembling dishes consistently and quickly using Rational oven systems (training provided).

What You'll Do:
Assemble dishes using fresh, pre-prepped ingredients
Follow build sheets and plating standards exactly
Operate Rational ovens (we'll train you)
Keep your station clean, stocked, and efficient
Communicate clearly with your team and stay in sync
Hustle. Urgency is non-negotiable.

Weekend & holiday availability
Strong reading & basic math skills
Ability to follow systems and stay focused under pressure
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Attention to detail and consistency
