We are seeking a dedicated and skilled breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various grilled items while ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items on the grill according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature for safety and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including proper food handling practices.
Assist in meal preparation by chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredients.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to kitchen management.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is essential.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices is required.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
