We are seeking a dedicated and passionate "BREAKFAST" Cook, applicant must have "Breakfast" Cooking experience in a restaurant. NO NEED to Apply if you don't have experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in providing quality meals to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes: Eggs (all varieties), pancakes, French toast, meat, clubs, wraps, omlettes etc, according to our standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and work areas.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Opening & Closing, Rotating Weekends
Skills
Proven experience as a Breakfast Cook and ability to multi-task
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal presentation.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including grills, ovens, and fryers
Excellent understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
