Navipro specializes in professional marine electronics installation, onboard networking, navigation systems, and custom electronics solutions for recreational, commercial, and service vessels. We pride ourselves on high-quality, reliable installations, clean professional work, and delivering practical solutions for our clients' real-world marine needs.

Role & Responsibilities:

As a partner, you will be responsible for:

Advertising and marketing the business (social media, outreach, partnerships) Day-to-day operations and management Scheduling and coordinating installations and service calls Client communications and relationship building Supporting all aspects of business growth and development Taking initiative to learn and implement new processes and technologies

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate is:

Highly passionate about growing a business Outgoing, energetic, and confident in client-facing situations Willing to work long hours when needed to ensure success Eager to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities Experienced in marketing or business development (strong bonus)
