Duties
Manage and maintain accounting records using software such as QuickBooks
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
Perform account reconciliations, including bank reconciliation, to verify financial accuracy
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities in financial data
Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
Support budgeting activities by preparing reports and assisting in financial planning
Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and correspondence
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Prepare financial reports for management review and audit purposes
Provide administrative support across various departments as needed
Requirements
Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Experience with bank reconciliation and account analysis techniques
Ability to perform detailed account analysis and budgeting tasks effectively
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within teams
Prior experience in an administrative or finance support role is preferred
High attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
