The position is made up of the following work tasks: \xc2\xb7 Posting bills and payment transactions including credit card purchases \xc2\xb7 Entering of deposits from credit card sales receipts from Converge/Elavon \xc2\xb7 Reconciling the bank and credit card transactions \xc2\xb7 Accounts receivable collections \xc2\xb7 Reconciling all other accounts such as clearing accounts, prepaids and deferred revenue \xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly reports for management \xc2\xb7 Month end review and preparing and filing HST Requirements \xc2\xb7 You must have QuickBooks Desktop experience and must have a minimum of 3 years hands on Canadian bookkeeping experience \xc2\xb7 Know how to process multicurrency transactions \xc2\xb7 Be able to deal with both customer deposits \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite \xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented, flexible, a great communicator, creative, and optimistic \xc2\xb7 Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment \xc2\xb7 Having an accounting designation or post secondary education is a must Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week Salary: $52,000.00-$62,400.00 per year Flexible Language Requirement:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)
• Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
