Job Summary


We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting with QuickBooks software .The Bookkeeper will play a crucial part in supporting the financial health of our organisation.

Duties



Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Manage accounts payable, processing invoices and payments in a timely manner. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly. Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting processes. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Assist in the preparation for audits by providing necessary documentation. Utilise accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) to streamline bookkeeping processes.

Experience



Proven experience as a Bookkeeper (minimum 2 years experience) Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting with QuickBooks. Process pay role and maintain employee records. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are required. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. prepare and submit government remittance.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Work Location: In person
