We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, and be able to accurately record financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and reconcile accounts. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements and reports.
Maintain and update financial records.
Reconcile accounts and prepare bank deposits.
Process invoices, payments, and other transactions.
Prepare journal entries and post to the general ledger.
Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
Assist with audits and tax preparation.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Working with Acc Pac accounting.
Job Type: Part-time Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: $18.48-$29.43 per hour
