Job description
This part-time bookkeeping position features comprehensive hourly rate depending on your experience. Sage 50 on site.
Responsible for full cycle of accounting duties:
- verify and code vendors' invoices accurately
- prepare accounts payables & receivables
- prepare bank deposits
- prepare monthly, quarterly tax returns and Y/E for accountant
- prepare monthly journal entries and bank reconciliations
- process employee time sheets & payroll, absences, additional payments, ROE ensuring compliances with Labor Standards
- advanced bookkeeping software experience
- strong communication skills with customers in writing & phone
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Permanent
Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Education:
AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred) Sage 50 or similar: 3 years (required)
