Job #4461 - Our client is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Bookkeeper to join their team as they continue to experience impressive growth! Reporting directly to the Controller, the selected incumbent will be expected to provide full-cycle accounting support including accounts payable, invoicing, financial statement preparation and payroll. The ideal candidate has good initiative and must be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Main responsibilities include:

• Manage the full-cycle accounting function for various clinics
• Record invoices and expenses and process supplier payments
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements and provide balance sheet analysis
• Prepare monthly and year-end reports and prepare government remittances
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare financial reports and assist with annual audit preparation

Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:

• Post-secondary education in accounting and/or finance
• Minimum 2-3 years of related accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingualism considered an asset (French & English)

Compensation, Perks & Opportunities:
