Job Description


Caledonia Truck and Trailer Repair, a division of Good\xe2\x80\x99s Logistics Inc., services heavy duty trucks and trailers from their Moncton location and provides road service calls in the Greater Moncton area. We are seeking a Bookkeeper to help continue to grow our business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize all daily recordkeeping including general data entry, expenses and credit card tracking
  • Perform account receivable and account payable functions including balancing cash and posting sales invoices
  • Research account transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Accurate and timely submission of all payroll hours
  • Ordering and maintaining inventory
  • Cycle counting and adjustments of inventory levels
  • Maintain month-end reports to Management
  • Maintain accurate monthly yard rental spaces for billing
  • Strong computer, recordkeeping and organizational skills is necessary
  • Knowledge of Gem-Car and Sage systems would be an asset
