With a customized approach, we assist our clients with tax planning, quality bookkeeping, and business advisory services delivered in a timely, efficient, and innovative manner. We are looking to add a Bookkeeper to our growing team! The successful candidate will have: ? Very strong attention to detail ? Strong multi-tasking skills and be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with confidential documents ? Experience in Bookkeeping (Sage 50 Simply Accounting) a must ? A friendly and professional demeanour with a willingness to learn ? Ability to work under pressure and be well aware of government deadlines ? Post-Secondary Diploma in Business and Accounting (preferred) ? At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting (preferred) ? Prior experience working in an accounting office (preferred) Duties include (but may not be limited to): ? Working with multiple different files of clients books ? Data entry in Bookkeeping (Sage 50 Simply Accounting) ? Processing payroll ? Government reports and remittances ? Filing HST Returns ? Filing WSIB Returns Part-time Working hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with a possibility of working Saturday mornings in the months of March and April. Salary: Compensation dependent on experience Job Type: Part-time Experience:
  • QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
  • Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
