Job Opportunity: Full-Time Bookkeeper & Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:



Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Assist with order management, including recording, organizing, and tracking orders Oversee and manage inventory

Requirements:



Relevant experience and a strong commitment to the role are preferred Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software is required Solid financial knowledge, with familiarity in payment and collection processes Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and dedicated to work On-site work only; remote work is not accepted Compensation negotiable based on skills and experience

Work Hours:



30 to 35 hours per week Monday to Friday
