We are seeking a dedicated Back of House Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and delivering high-quality food service to our guests. Responsibilities
Assist with meal preparation and cooking to support the kitchen staff
Handle food with care, adhering to proper food safety and sanitation protocols
Support food service operations by preparing ingredients and assembling dishes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency
Help with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Ensure all food handling practices comply with health regulations and safety standards
Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver timely service
Experience
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly is a plus
Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques is desirable
Experience in the food industry or customer service roles will be advantageous
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards learning new skills

Pay: Up to $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
