Billing Administrator
Paramount Services is a rapidly growing complete Commercial Facility Management company looking to add a Billing Administrator to our Finance team. At Paramount, many of our customers are convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and hotels.
Goals and Outcomes:
Responsible for accurately creating, preparing, and submitting invoices for the billing of customers for products sold and services rendered.
Essential Functions:
- Review documentation to ensure the accuracy of the final invoice, prepare invoices and maintain accounting records.
- Ad Hoc projects/requests from the supervisor.
Education & Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of accounting knowledge.
- 1 to 2 years of experience with invoicing preferred.
- Experience in a Service Company is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of payables and receivables processing and principles.
- Solid problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to accurately process within a high-volume environment.
