FunTime is looking for a Service Dispatcher to coordinate our pool and hot tub service team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure every detail is taken care of.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate daily with customers, technicians, and office staff by phone, text, and email. Schedule and coordinate service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability. Review service files before dispatching to ensure all information is accurate and complete. Provide technicians with clear, detailed job information and follow up after each job. Ensure schedules are realistic and that work orders are handled efficiently. Create and verify invoices for completed services. Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers at all times. Keep accurate records and help improve service processes over time.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience in customer service, administration, or coordination. Strong organizational and follow-up skills; detail-oriented and dependable. Calm, patient communicator who enjoys helping people. Logical and professional -- able to stay composed and focused on solutions. Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and email systems. Works well independently but also values teamwork and consistency. Bilingual (French-English).

Compensation

Starting at $20/hour (based on experience) Benefits available after probation period. Stable, year-round position with opportunities for growth in a trusted local company.
