We are seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and French, along with a strong background in clerical and customer service roles. This position is essential for ensuring smooth front desk operations and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the office.
Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette.
Sorting mail and other clerical duties as assigned.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all invoicing and product information is accurate prior to sending to customers.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning documents, and managing correspondence.
Responsible for sending direct mail and other notices to customers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Liaising with managerial staff, colleagues, and clients
Requirements
Proficiency in both English and French is required.
Previous experience in a clerical or receptionist role, preferably.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
Familiarity with Microsoft applications for scheduling and documentation purposes.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of office procedures and practices, including front desk operations.
