Job Description


Adecco is currently hiring several temporary full-time Bilingual (FR/EN) Operations Officers to assist with end-to-end process of discharging of a personal real estate facility. In this role you will be responsible for preparing the discharge documents that are sent to the solicitor or land titles to have our registration removed from title. This role does require the ideal candidate to be fluently bilingual in both French and English and have data entry experience with high attention to detail (numerical/fine details around numbers/words).   • Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8:00 am -4:00pm for in office training | after training hybrid options available. Available weekend is required.
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 1 year term, with possibility of extension and possibility to become permanent

Responsibilities: * Work with a team that manages the end-to-end process of discharging of a personal real estate facility.
  • Booking of statements, processing the payout and closing the facility.
  • Preparing the discharge documents that are sent to the solicitor or land titles to have our registration removed from title.
  • Other supporting tasks related to the completion of these main tasks of a discharge.
  • Processing and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications: * Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • High school is required. post- secondary required. 1+ years of related experience required.
  • English/French Bilingual - Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willing to ask questions/honest
  • Driven; results oriented
  • Able to work under pressure, tight timelines
  • Tech savvy - comfortable setting up computer by themselves, some technical knowledge (ability to navigate comfortably on the computer)
  • Data entry experience
  • Work independently, use tools provided in training and problem-solving skills before escalating.
  • Previous banking/financial experience (data entry vs teller) would be an asset
  • Management experience would be an asset
