Searching for a Bilingual Office and Sales Supervisor for a client located in Barrie, On. This is a permanent position with excellent compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise and coordinate the daily activities and operations of the office
  • Schedule and prioritize office activities to meet operating requirements
  • Determine, plan and direct workflow
  • Analyze workflow issues and implement workable solutions
  • Perform administrative support functions such as data management, creating reports, drafting correspondence and preparing basic financial accounts
  • Monitor the database and ERP system
  • Provide necessary training, guidance, and motivation to customer service and sales staff
  • initiate and maintain orderly records in compliance with company regulations
  • Supervise the efficient use of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment
  • Plan and organize the purchase of office supplies in accordance with purchasing policies and budgets
  • Work with a team to determine budgets.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years in an Office Administration position
  • 4+ years of supervisory experience
  • Excellent technical and software skills, including ERP software
  • Bilingualism in French is required
  • Must be available to travel within Canada and the USWhy Work With Us
