Reporting directly to a McCain Senior Regional Sales Manager, this position is responsible for representation of McCain Foodservice Products, Programs, and Promotional activity to the Restaurant and general Foodservice Trade. Primary focus includes Independent Operators, Regional Chains, and business development with Foodservice Distribution Networks as assigned.

McCain uses a collaborative sales approach that includes our Category Management, Business Development, Finance, and Marketing Teams.

Duties and Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Organize and plan assigned Territory Coverage (Greater Montreal, Eastern Townships)
  • Support of Foodservice Operators (existing and new) providing expert knowledge and solution based solutions specific to McCain Foodservice products. This may include conducting product demonstrations, supporting product launches, creating promotions, and aligning financial packages that work for the account.
  • Preparing End-user contracts and subsequent requests for payment.
  • Ensuring information in the corporate system of record is accurate.
  • Day to day Distributor Maintenance - Buyer relationship and communication, product demonstrations, sales support, & resolving daily issues where necessary with guidance from the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Prospecting and qualifying future account opportunities within a region
  • Ensuring CRM tool (Salesforce) is updated & maintained to standard
  • Completion of required administrative duties in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Budgeting and sales tracking.
Qualifications:
  • Post-Secondary Degree; preference for (but not limited to) BBA, B.Com, HBA, MBA
  • Full proficiency in French and English required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. With the further ability to quickly become proficient in other software applications as may be required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills to accommodate a diverse Client base, and to interact effectively with all levels and functions both inside and outside the Company.
  • Ability to multi-task and advance multiple projects concurrently.
  • The successful candidate will be a self-starter, project a professional image, with a demonstrated ability to quickly develop an understanding of the opportunity, further converting the understanding into tangible gains for the Group.
  • Must hold a valid Quebec driver\'s license and acceptable driver\'s history
  • Must be able to use a vehicle to drive to clients and McCain location(s)
  • Ability to repeatedly lift and move 30+ pounds; ability to stand for long periods of time, kneel or crouch down, reach above head height and bend over

Rattach\xc3\xa9 directement \xc3\xa0 un directeur r\xc3\xa9gional des ventes seniors de McCain, ce poste est responsable de la repr\xc3\xa9sentation des produits, des programmes et des activit\xc3\xa9s promotionnelles de McCain aupr\xc3\xa8s des restaurants et du secteur de la restauration en g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ral. L\'accent principal est mis sur les exploitants ind\xc3\xa9pendants, les cha\xc3\xaenes r\xc3\xa9gionales et le d\xc3\xa9veloppement commercial au sein des r\xc3\xa9seaux de distribution de restauration assign\xc3\xa9s.

McCain adopte une approche de vente collaborative qui inclut nos \xc3\xa9quipes de gestion de cat\xc3\xa9gorie, de d\xc3\xa9veloppement commercial, de finance et de marketing.

Les responsabilit\xc3\xa9s de ce poste comprennent (mais ne sont pas limit\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0) :
  • Organiser et planifier la couverture du territoire assign\xc3\xa9 (Grande r\xc3\xa9gion de Montr\xc3\xa9al, Cantons-de-l\'Est).
  • Soutenir les exploitants de restauration (existants et nouveaux) en fournissant une expertise et des solutions sp\xc3\xa9cifiques aux produits de restauration McCain. Cela peut inclure la r\xc3\xa9alisation de d\xc3\xa9monstrations de produits, le soutien aux lancements de produits, la cr\xc3\xa9ation de promotions et l\'alignement de packages financiers adapt\xc3\xa9s au compte.
  • Pr\xc3\xa9parer des contrats avec les utilisateurs finaux et les demandes de paiement ult\xc3\xa9rieures.
  • Veiller \xc3\xa0 l\'exactitude des informations dans le syst\xc3\xa8me d\'enregistrement de l\'entreprise.

  • Prospecter et qualifier de futures opportunit\xc3\xa9s de compte au sein d\'une r\xc3\xa9gion.
  • S\'assurer que l\'outil CRM (Salesforce) est mis \xc3\xa0 jour et maintenu conform\xc3\xa9ment aux normes.
  • Effectuer les t\xc3\xa2ches administratives requises avec pr\xc3\xa9cision et en temps opportun.
  • \xc3\x89tablir des budgets et suivre les ventes.
Qualifications :
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes postsecondaires ; pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence pour les dipl\xc3\xb4mes en administration des affaires, commerce ou gestion.
  • Ma\xc3\xaetrise parfaite du fran\xc3\xa7ais et de l\'anglais obligatoire. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ma\xc3\xaetrise des applications Microsoft Office, en particulier Word, Excel et PowerPoint, avec la capacit\xc3\xa9 d\'apprendre rapidement d\'autres logiciels au besoin.
