This Bilingual Inside Sales Supervisor Position :

Onsite in Marieville QC
Salary 61.2K-$82K
Monday to Friday 7:30 - 4
Traveling is required to Saint-Georges around 4 times a year (once per quarter)

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to inside sales departments to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of all work. This includes keeping abreast of relevant industry changes, ensuring adequate staffing, maintaining vendor relationships, and creating/maintaining the department\'s budget.
  • Ensure that appropriate quality control systems, procedures, internal controls, quality standards, measures and processes are in place for the work of the department. Recommend process improvements that will achieve maximum efficiency while maintaining service expectations.
  • Prioritize, plan and delegate tasks and directly supervise inside sales personnel to ensure the best possible service to customers.
  • Establish, implement and maintain internal sales standards, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of processes and methods to maintain and improve the quality of inside sales.
  • Ensure inside sales staff maintain and enhance customer goodwill during contact periods.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints when staff cannot deal with them.
  • Analyze changes in company products and procedures that affect customers and implement appropriate changes. Coordinate and communicate changes to other departments.
  • Work with pricing, margins and ERP improvements.
  • Communicate and maintain good relationships with colleagues, staff and regional sales.
  • Keep the team informed of progress, questions, issues and successes.
  • Develops and maintains a positive and professional work environment.
  • Train, motivate and develop staff to meet the current and future needs of the department and the company. Encourage others to become leaders, while serving as a role model and mentor.
  • Maintain discipline, resolve issues, determine performance, and recommend promotions, transfers, or terminations.
Requirements:
  • Perfect French, spoken and written.
  • 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Comes from 2+ years of the manufacturing industry, or something very similar
  • Post secondary education in business is a plus.
  • Communicate Effectively: will be communicating with executive and laborers.
  • Actively listens to customers and checks for understanding.
  • Conveys messages clearly, persuasively and concisely.
  • Manages Execution: Focuses on highest priorities, establishes detailed timeline and milestones to achieve goals, manages work progress and diligently tracks milestones, establishes implementation plans,
  • Research obstacles and develop contingency plans.
  • Technical capacity. Must be proficient with MS Office Suite tools
  • Client/Consumer Orientation - Anticipates clients\' needs and provides services beyond their expectations. Uses customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings, serves as a strategic partner to build, grow and maintain profitable and lasting relationships with key accounts.
