Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily activities of inventory team members, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
Manage and monitor all product inventory, including location tracking and stock profiling.
Perform inventory transactions such as receiving, location assignment, and issuing materials as needed.
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
Ensure incoming materials and stock are properly organized and controlled to support production needs.
Provide regular inventory performance reports and accurately record data in the ERP system.
Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure ongoing compliance with GMP standards.
Develop and maintain efficient inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy and system integrity.
Drive process improvements to minimize inventory issues, reduce costs, and optimize working capital.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
Meet operational targets and take on additional responsibilities as the company evolves.
Contribute to the development of best practices, policies, and procedures within the department.
Comply with all AST operational standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in related discipline complimented by professional development in warehouse management and supervisory skills training.
2-4 years' experience in a warehouse supervisory or leadership position.
Detailed knowledge of employee safety requirements in a warehouse operation.
Experience in SOP writing and GMP compliance in a warehouse environment.
Ability to work and direct others in an organized and safe environment
Strength in inter-personal, teamwork and communication skills
Innovative, adaptable and motivated towards continuous improvement.
Excellent reactive problem-solving skills.
Able to operate forklift.
Must can speak Mandarin
