Our client is a privately owned group of companies specialized in Glass Packaging, operating in Canada and the US. They supply all of the manufacturers of food, beverage, household and other consumer products, both the containers and the applied decoration & labeling. They are headquartered in the US, but also have offices in Ontario and Quebec, Canada.

Their Montreal branch is a local showroom for their products, where some inside sales activity takes place. They are seeking a Customer Service \xe2\x80\x93 Inside Sales Specialist whose duties will include calling potential customers, building relationships with existing clients, order entry and placing orders, managing inventory and providing general customer service as required.
Requirements:
Relevant education credentials
Several years of successful relevant experience in the packaging industry.
Gracious personality well adapted to such duties
Bilingual French/English is mandatory.
