We are currently hiring for a Bilingual Event Services and Social Media Coordinator. We are seeking candidates who would be a great fit for the following:
Salary : $52K - $54K plus a 2-4K Bonus
Hours - 8:30am- 5pm M-F
2 weeks vacation but would go up to 3 weeks if needed
2 personal days
Benefits after 3 months- dental and prescription
Hybrid 2/3 days in the office- prefers 3 days in the office
The role
This individual will be looking after 6 events. Speaking to 80-350 vendors. Lots of organization involved and multitasking. Also they have to travel to the events in Montreal and be the face for the tradeshows. It is about customer service and creating that excitement around the events. They will work with marketing team to post on the company\'s social media page, both advertising for the vendors and the events. They need to create the content and edit the content.
The Fit:
-Bilingual English and French is a MUST. (Non French speaking applicants will not be considered)
-2 years customer service experience in a fast paced environment
-Someone with event coordination experience would be a good fit
-Tech savvy- needs to be good, with social media and be someone that post all the time.
-Will train on the events on the side,
- Needs to have a good energy , someone that can make the customers feel excited
-Book the events and the venders and help with the planning
-Travel to Montreal 2-5 times a year for events
