Working Arrangement Remote The CAF LTD and SISIP Life Department is looking for a professional Bilingual Administrator with strong customer service skills and a knack for numbers to join their team. Reporting to the Supervisor the Administrator is accountable for the effective communication with plan members and other stakeholders. The CAF LTD Team is comprised of dedicated individuals who work to support veterans that have been medically released from the Canadian Armed Forces. The team routinely works with plan members who have complex medical conditions with a goal of helping them complete their transition to civilian life which may include civilian employment. Key responsibilities for this role will include (but are not limited to):
  • Bilingual (English/French) oral and written communication
  • Working as a liaison with plan members and other stakeholders
  • Managing new claim set up
  • Providing front line customer service by telephone and email
  • Accountability for administration and follow ups with plan members for outstanding information
  • Other duties as needed

  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage competing priorities
  • Superior communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong office administration skills
  • Proven record of customer service experience in a demanding environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Knowledge of the Canadian Armed Forces terminology, processes and concepts considered an asset
