Job Summary: Primary responsibility for performing onboarding and customer success tasks for our customer base. Each Customer Success Specialist develops and maintains long-term business relationships by serving as an internal advocate and client liaison. This position reports to the Manager, Customer ServiceMajor Job Functions: Manage the onboarding process for each new customer, ensuring we always consider their needs and goals (45%) Maintain customer health, build relationships and introduce new, valuable features as they become relevant on the customer journey (20%) Drive expansion and adoption of our software and services (20%) Work with other departments to foster a collaborative effort in achieving customer service excellence. (15%)Specific Skills: A "people person" naturally who is adaptable and willing to shift strategies to meet the needs of our customers Ability to perform wearing many hats Ability to educate customers, build and maintain relationships with them Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Time management and prioritization Excellent communication and presentation skills; including concise and clear written and verbal skills Ability to continuously learn and develop related skills Ability to demonstrate resilience in a demanding team environmentEducation & Experience: 2 to 5 years of customer service/account management experience in related environment.
