Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative/Coordinator
Location: Ottawa (on-site)
Salary: $22 per hour + 4% vacation pay
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday

Quantum Management is seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service/Coordinator for our Ottawa-based client. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to build on professional experience. These opportunities will begin as a 6-month contract, however there is a high chance at permanent employment thereafter. All applicants must be eligible to obtain an Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance through Government of Canada.

Responsibilities:

- Manage, verify, and reconcile expenses and claims for customers
- Complete all assigned customer call backs/follow ups and provide customer service excellence
- Provide coordination, direction and information to clients and team members
- Deliver daily scheduled planning sessions to clients/customers
- Review and reconcile relocation files, ensuring compliance with the Relocation Directive
- Review expense claims and resolve complex relocation problems
- Perform various administrative tasks including record keeping and data entry
- Assist other teams in customer queries over chats, emails, phone calls, voicemails

Requirements:

- Background in relocation services / contact centre is an asset
- Professional, self-starter with the ability to assume additional responsibilities and work flexible hours as required
- Capable of using different methods of communication simultaneously; i.e. email, telephone, video call, and chat
- Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints, without direct supervision
- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
- Must be able to get an Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance (5 years in Canada)
