Accenture\xe2\x80\x99s Cloud First Infrastructure Engineering professionals partner with our clients to advise, create, and deploy end-to-end infrastructure transformation solutions, enabling business innovation. These solutions are the backbone of driving IT-enabled differentiation. IE professionals are grounded in New-IT with an expertise in one or more of our core practice areas: Digital Workplace, Network Technology, Service Management, Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud, and traditional Data Center. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients, working through support issues on client/public facing applications in conjunction with 2nd and 3rd line support. (Training on the applications will be provided)
  • Participate in the on-call schedule rotation for critical incidents (24/7 for one week every 4 weeks)
  • Learn new technologies (and legacy applications)
  • Ability to manage the technical response team during a major incident until the assigned Duty Manager becomes available
  • Work in a team environment


Basic Qualification:
  • At least 2-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working at a Technical Call Centre.
  • Worked within a technical support Centre and able to work on call.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience with a Ticketing system such as Service Now.
  • At least 1-2 years of knowledge of the Microsoft Server, hosting technologies including with Cloud based solutions such as Microsoft Azure
  • Must have eligibility for Secret Clearance (residing in Canada for at least 5 years)
  • Must be fluent in French and English
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company\'s activities to avoid this requirement.
