Bilingual Air Ticketing Agent Title: Bilingual Air Ticketing Agent
Reports to: Call Center Supervisor

We are looking for a customer focused individual to join our team! Using the latest technology, the successful applicant will provide superior service by effectively managing the generation and production of passenger airline documents. Key Results and Activities:
Generate and process documents to ensure accuracy and on time delivery.

  • Action all the Sabre queues and distribute according to contract and location.
  • Verify all Sabre bookings and PNR\xe2\x80\x99s against the contract to avoid any debit memos and potential financial loss.
  • Verify all files for payment and process payment accordingly.
  • Issue IATA tickets from Sabre system in accordance with IATA ticket regulation.
  • Issue applicable exchanges /or refunds and forward to BSP Department.
  • Ensure all Web bookings are quality controlled before issuance of tickets and report any discrepancies to Air Product for corrections.
  • Monitor all B2C (on-line bookings) that are received in the ticketing queue.
Respond and resolve ticketing inquiries for all Preferred Agencies.
  • Answer and service all Ticket inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all departments are advised of changes that affect their areas.
  • Investigate and rectify all discrepancies with the appropriate departments prior to document release.
  • Communicate with other departments to resolve any issues or inquiries i.e. accounting inquiries, name changes, infant tickets, schedule changes, hotel changes etc.
  • Reissue all necessary documentation upon receipt of product modifications, callbacks or any changes affecting passenger travel arrangements.
  • Assist passengers who are in destination and require re-issuance of tickets, date changes, etc., ensuring compliance with airline contract.
  • Coordinate with airport staff regarding passengers with customer service issues to ensure smooth boarding.

Academic Qualifications and Experience

  • Related working experience of a year or less (on-the-job experience and/or performing similar duties)

G\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rer et traiter les documents afin de garantir leur exactitude et leur livraison dans les d\xc3\xa9lais.
  • Traiter toutes les files d\'attente Sabre et les distribuer en fonction du contrat et du lieu.
  • V\xc3\xa9rifier toutes les r\xc3\xa9servations Sabre et les PNR par rapport au contrat afin d\'\xc3\xa9viter toute note de d\xc3\xa9bit et toute perte financi\xc3\xa8re potentielle.
  • V\xc3\xa9rifier tous les fichiers pour le paiement et traiter le paiement en cons\xc3\xa9quence.
  • \xc3\x89mettre des billets IATA \xc3\xa0 partir du syst\xc3\xa8me Sabre, conform\xc3\xa9ment \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9glementation IATA sur les billets.
  • Effectuer les \xc3\xa9changes et/ou les remboursements applicables et les transmettre au d\xc3\xa9partement BSP.
  • S\'assurer que toutes les r\xc3\xa9servations en ligne font l\'objet d\'un contr\xc3\xb4le de qualit\xc3\xa9 avant l\'\xc3\xa9mission des billets et signaler toute anomalie \xc3\xa0 Air Product pour correction.
  • Contr\xc3\xb4ler toutes les r\xc3\xa9servations B2C (r\xc3\xa9servations en ligne) qui sont re\xc3\xa7ues dans la file d\'attente de la billetterie.
R\xc3\xa9pondre et r\xc3\xa9soudre les demandes de billetterie pour toutes les Agences Privil\xc3\xa9gi\xc3\xa9es.
  • R\xc3\xa9pondre \xc3\xa0 toutes les demandes de renseignements sur les billets de mani\xc3\xa8re rapide et professionnelle, en s\'assurant que tous les d\xc3\xa9partements sont inform\xc3\xa9s des changements qui affectent leurs domaines.
  • Examiner et rectifier toutes les divergences avec les d\xc3\xa9partements concern\xc3\xa9s avant la publication des documents.
  • Communiquer avec les autres d\xc3\xa9partements pour r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes ou les demandes de renseignements, c\'est-\xc3\xa0-dire les demandes de renseignements comptables, les changements de nom, les billets pour b\xc3\xa9b\xc3\xa9s, les changements d\'horaire, les changements d\'h\xc3\xb4tel, etc.
  • R\xc3\xa9\xc3\xa9diter tous les documents n\xc3\xa9cessaires \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9ception de modifications de produits, de rappels ou de tout autre changement affectant les arrangements de voyage des passagers.
  • Aider les passagers qui sont \xc3\xa0 destination et qui ont besoin d\'un nouveau billet, d\'un changement de date, etc. en s\'assurant que le contrat de la compagnie a\xc3\xa9rienne est respect\xc3\xa9.
  • Assurer la coordination avec le personnel de l\'a\xc3\xa9roport concernant les passagers ayant des probl\xc3\xa8mes de service

  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience professionnelle connexe d\'un an ou moins (exp\xc3\xa9rience en milieu de travail et/ou ex\xc3\xa9cution de t\xc3\xa2ches similaires)
