Bilingual Reservation Sales Agent for Hotels and Resorts: Remote or On-Site

As a Reservation Sales Agent, you will be a key member of our sales team. You\'ll reserve luxurious brands such as Fairmont, Swissotel, and Sofitel, while having authentic, unscripted conversations with our guests. You will share your expertise and knowledge of our spectacular, world-class properties.

Location and Availability Requirements:

• Must be currently legally entitled to work full time in Canada
• Must be located in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island or Quebec, Canada
• This is full-time, permanent career position
• Our Contact Centre is currently open until 3am, and we offer either rotating or fixed schedules with shifts with start times between 12:00 noon and 6:30pm. Rotating schedules include some weekends off
• Candidates must be able to commit to 4 weeks onsite in Moncton for initial training/onboarding (accommodations are provided for qualified candidates)
• For Candidates outside New Brunswick, accommodations and travel costs to Moncton for training are covered
• For remote positions, it is necessary to have a suitable high-speed internet connection (direct connection, not wireless or satellite)

What you will be doing:

• Taking inbound calls in an unscripted environment
• Reserving luxury travel experiences at historic castles, luxurious resorts, and iconic hotels in city centers while having authentic conversations
• Making thoughtful recommendations and sharing your knowledge will help your guests choose the right room and packages

Your experience and skills include:

• Education and/or experience in: sales, customer service, hospitality, tourism
• Ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously while conversing with guest
• Professional fluency in both French and English is required
