Job Title: Bidding Specialist(Commission-Based)

Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Bidding Specialist to manage end-to-end bidding and tendering activities across online procurement portals and B2B marketplaces. This role offers a high monthly commission structure for candidates who consistently deliver successful bid wins, in addition to a competitive base compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize bidding and tender opportunities across eProcurement portals, government platforms, and B2B marketplaces
Analyze RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and tender documents for eligibility, scope, and feasibility
Prepare and submit high-quality, fully compliant technical and commercial proposals
Coordinate with sales, technical, finance, and leadership teams to ensure accurate submissions
Manage bid calendars, deadlines, and documentation requirements
Track bid performance, win/loss analysis, and monthly success metrics
Support post-submission clarifications, negotiations, and client communications
Continuously improve proposal quality, efficiency, and win ratios
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in bidding, tendering, or proposal management
Strong understanding of proposal writing, evaluation criteria, and compliance
Experience working with online bidding portals and tender platforms
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT services, software development, digital marketing, or consulting
Knowledge of government tenders and public-sector procurement processes
Understanding of pricing models and commercial negotiations
Proven record of winning or contributing to successful bids
