We are seeking a Trading & Bidding Specialist to manage bidding processes, pricing strategies, supplier negotiations, and trading activities. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to secure competitive deals, analyze costs, and execute trades efficiently in a fast-moving business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, submit, and manage bids, tenders, and quotations
Analyze pricing, margins, and cost structures to stay competitive
Source suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
Manage trading activities including buying, selling, and deal execution
Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and pricing fluctuations
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams
Maintain accurate records of bids, contracts, and trade transactions
Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in bidding, trading, procurement, or commercial operations
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good understanding of pricing, margins, and cost analysis
Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines at once
Proficient with Excel and basic reporting tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in logistics, import/export, commodities, or services
Familiarity with tenders, RFPs, and supplier contracts
Business, supply chain, or finance background
Local market knowledge is an asset
