We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon FBA Specialist to manage and optimize our product listings, inventory, and overall performance on Amazon's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA operations, and e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Listing Management
Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images) for maximum visibility and conversions.
Monitor product performance and update listings based on keyword research and market trends.
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
2. Inventory & FBA Operations
Manage FBA shipments, replenishment, and stock levels to prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and freight partners for timely delivery to Amazon fulfillment centers.
Track and resolve inventory discrepancies, stranded inventory, and reconciliation issues.
3. Sales & Performance Optimization
Monitor daily sales performance, rankings, and customer feedback.
Implement pricing strategies and promotions to improve competitiveness and profitability.
Run A/B tests on listings and advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
4. Advertising & Marketing
Plan and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
Optimize ad performance through keyword research, bid management, and campaign analysis.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and sales growth.
