We are a fast-growing e-commerce company with a strong presence on Amazon.ca. We are seeking a Sales-driven

Amazon.ca Sales Specialist

to take ownership of driving revenue growth, optimizing product performance, and maximizing sales opportunities on our Amazon.ca storefront.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue on Amazon.ca Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords) to improve visibility and conversions Plan and manage promotions, advertising campaigns ,(A+ Content Manager), and pricing strategies to maximize ROI Monitor daily/weekly sales performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies proactively Conduct competitor and market research to discover revenue opportunities Track KPIs, prepare sales reports, and present actionable insights to management Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure products are in stock and delivered on time Maintain compliance with Amazon policies while implementing innovative sales tactics Professiona in FBA Willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting boxes up to 50 LB if necessary.

Qualifications

Proven experience in managing Amazon.ca seller accounts with a focus on sales revenue growth Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, PPC campaigns, and e-commerce sales strategies Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze reports and make revenue-focused decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently Previous experience in e-commerce sales or digital marketing is a strong asset

Compensation & Benefits
